You Will Dance with Your Death
You will die a fast death, or you will die a slow death. When organs begin to shut down, it will be slow at first, but it picks up speed as the final weeks and days pass. Then it picks up more speed as the final hours pass.
The body will eventually decide to stop eating. Then, to stop drinking. You will begin fading in and out of consciousness. A few days after your final drink, breathing becomes labored.
But your struggle is not to breathe. Your struggle is against your body’s desire to stop breathing and enter the Great Beyond. Your struggle is your refusal to surrender. And that’s OK. That’s your dance with your death.
During this time, your Pineal Gland is with you. The only thing still working in your body. It has been waiting your whole life for this moment. It is ready and able.
It has been steadily releasing more and more DMT as the last days and hours pass. DMT…..the Spirit Molecule…. soothes the body as it prepares to die.
And when you finally die, a HUGE burst of DMT is the body’s final act. People who have been comatose for months often show a burst of clarity, and then die.
A huge blast of DMT is also released before quicker deaths, like heart attacks and strokes and traumatic injuries. DMT is slowly being released in the weeks and days and hours that you spend alone in the mountains if you are forced to end your life. Like Hemmingway. Like elephants who go off alone to the burial ground.
Dogs and cats who are dying will often have a burst of energy. They will play with their family members as they did in the old days. They always have the energy to rise and say goodbye to each family member.
Birds and lizards have pineal glands, too. Did you think you were special in the eyes of the creator?
I drove the NYC Morgue van for a few years, and I saw hundreds of recently departed people. All of their facial muscles were totally relaxed. They all looked beautiful. They were all at peace.
So relax and become beautiful. And what do you lose in believing that the Great Beyond is wonderful?
Antoninus, dying on the cross, asked Sparticus, on the cross beside him, “Do you fear death?”
Sparticus replied, “No more than I feared being born.”
The most popular music album of all time is Pink Floyd…The Dark Side of the Moon. It’s the journey of life set to music. The song…The Great Gig in the Sky…is about the four stages of Death.
The first stage is Fear.
Then Anger.
Then Denial
And finally, Acceptance.

Thank you, Gene. Really.
I lost a close family member two weeks ago. And reading your beautiful article, does help.
